Language through the Arts.

By infusing the arts into language learning, the language through the Arts thread goes beyond conventional language instruction and enhances student engagement, meaning, and enjoyment. Learners are inspired to use English in a meaningful context, increasing their language skills while promoting creativity and cultural understanding. Here, activities involving the performing arts, visual arts, music, and theater are combined with language study. Students are encouraged to experiment with different artistic mediums and use English as their language of expression. The goal is to provide learners with authentic and meaningful language experiences beyond traditional classroom instruction.
